The comfort, cleanliness, bed, and breakfast were great. The location is well positioned near the transport hub and the old center. The staff were exceptional, and we were pleasantly surprised when they brought a bottle of champagne to our room for our wedding anniversary. I have nothing negative to add.

Het meest vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel werkt hier. Persoonlijke begeleiding naar de inpandige parkeerplek. Erg netjes bij de receptie en de eetzaal. Handgeschreven kaartje op de kamer, twee macarons, een fles wijn en een karaf water (elke dag). Ook bij vertrek een cadeautje meegekregen. Erg fijn om hier te zijn geweest. De kamer was wat gedateerd en de douche had een krappe instap. Daar mag iets aan gedaan worden. De bedden daarentegen lagen wel heel goed

Breakfast and cleanliness were fine, but we were very disappointed with the staff’s behavior. We chose this hotel on the basis that Russian is spoken, as I don’t speak English, yet we were served only in English. A Russian‑speaking employee acted as if she didn’t understand me, and later insulted me with a vulgar word when I got out of the elevator. Such conduct towards guests is absolutely unacceptable! The room was clean, but the noise from the busy street made it loud. Cleanliness was okay, but the service and staff behavior were a huge letdown. I can’t recommend this hotel.
