The location was peaceful and the neighborhood quiet. The receptionist who helped us during our stay was fantastic—friendly and eager to assist, had tattoos and wore glasses, though I can’t recall her name. I don’t think this is a four‑star hotel; it was relatively dirty, with bandage strips floating in the pool, a lot of dust in the room, and we even had dirty linens—after reporting it they were changed, but the unpleasantness lingered.

The whole place smells consistently nice, and the breakfast selection was tasty and varied. The spa is small but calm and relaxing. The only issue was the €50 card deposit required for any potential damage; I didn’t know cash was an option, which would have been easier and sped up the refund after check‑out.

The rooms were clean and cozy, staff were great, and breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet and close to public transport, so we’ll definitely return for a weekend. The strong perfume at the entrance was a bit much, but my travel companion actually liked it.
