We arrived and tried to call the staff, but they sent us away. We had a confirmation and everything, yet they said our room was already taken.

The host was helpful, letting us check out late and shower after our rafting trip, and even hung up my wet clothes for me – I really appreciated that; the only issue was the big dog running around, which made me uneasy.
