Clean, friendly and very helpful staff. Well appointed and lots to do. Free parking. Location but that’s why it was less expensive than other New York hotels

Breakfast was ample, tasty, and hot; the location was friendly and safe, with a lot of security around the mall, so I will definitely return—my trip was just too short.

It was fine-strong hot coffee was just the ticket!. Room was cold when I arrived, but did warm up fairly quickly
