Everything was perfect.
The central location is great.
“Sympa pour 1 nuit ou 2 mais pas plus”
A very nice spot right in the old town center, close to all amenities and sights. Towels and soap were provided. However, for a five‑night stay the equipment was insufficient: no plates (even though the cutlery was dirty), no sponge or dish soap, no dish towels or tablecloths, no glasses, the supplied coffee was “eye‑level” but not really for two people over five days. The studio is still very small and offers little cooking space. There’s no equipment for hot meals except a microwave. The ground floor apartment had teenagers from the neighborhood sometimes sitting and chatting on the lobby door. Nothing terrible, but it wasn’t ideal for peace and quiet.

It sits right in the center of Ceglie. My GPS couldn't find via Nizza, so I had to walk to locate it. Parking was problematic. Inside, a bit more cleaning would have been nice.
