The staff were really polite and helpful.

The location is excellent, right near the shopping mall. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy on the lower floors.
It’s close to Nagoya Mall, making it easy to stroll around, shop, and enjoy food and drinks. There are also massage and facial places nearby.

Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of dishes. The hotel sits close to the shopping mall, making it easy to grab anything we needed, and it’s a short walk to a mosque, which helped us with our prayers. Plenty of restaurants around let us pick whatever we wanted. Occasionally a door entrance locking system malfunctioned, but a hotel staff fixed it quickly, and the team was very prompt in addressing our complaint.
The hotel is near the mall and other conveniences. No negatives.
