The location. The hotel is quite shabby and dirty in every way; I wanted to leave early in the morning and the place was locked, so I had to knock on various doors to get someone to open it. In the days I was in India, it seemed all the reviews were fake and didn’t reflect the real truth.

The location in Amritsar is superb, with no noise and very comfortable, clean bedrooms and bathrooms; I would highly recommend it. The only tweak I’d suggest is adding an exhaust fan in the bathroom, otherwise there were no complaints and the stay was very comfortable.
