The spot is right near the city center, a supermarket is next to the building, and there are plenty of restaurants. Breakfast comes from a nearby restaurant with great coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. Alessandro was a fantastic host, always available, helped us with the airport taxi even though it was a short ride on a Sunday afternoon, and gave us loads of tips on what to see in Matera. All in all, a wonderful host, a great apartment, and a memorable stay in a beautiful city. Thanks, Alessandro!

The accommodation was very nice and the person who attended us was very friendly. In the second room the beds were neither wide nor tall enough; I thought they were two double rooms from the photos.
Spacious and clean rooms, ten minutes from the center, everything perfect. The pizzeria under the house is within arm’s reach. No complaints.
