“Da anni una certezza: la nostra seconda casa!”
We’ve been staying here for years and each time it feels like home. What makes this place truly special isn’t just the beautiful setting or flawless attention to detail, but the human touch: genuine kindness, professionalism, and warmth from all staff and management. Year after year we find the same impeccable quality, excellent cleanliness, and customer care that’s rare these days. Whether it’s the superb breakfast, the comfortable rooms, or the small gestures of care for regular guests, every stay is guaranteed. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a truly relaxing experience. We’ll keep coming back with our eyes closed!
Wonderful welcome, great location, extremely kind staff, good food, quality and price all more than fair! I highly recommend it! Thanks for always making our stays special!
Very nice and welcoming hotel. Everything is fine.
The staff were super friendly and the room was absolutely enough for one night. The hotel isn’t the most modern but it’s good. The breakfast was also fine, though you won’t find a buffet; instead a selection of fresh pastries, sausages and cheese is put out on the spot, which is okay. The hallway and the room had a somewhat unpleasant smell, but after airing it out it was fine.
Great location, just a stone’s throw from the basilica. Excellent hospitality and everyone was very friendly.
