The location is great, the breakfast is tasty, the staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable.

I loved everything. The place is in a superb spot, the staff are very friendly, quick, and helpful, from the breakfast in the restaurant to the concierges and everyone else. Everything is spotless and immaculate. The bed could be better; it felt a bit weak and had a bit of a gap in the middle. I mentioned it and a maintenance person came to adjust it, but for me it still needs a new bed.

The hotel sits perfectly in the center of La Latina, making all the Madrid sights easy to walk to. The staff are friendly, the neighborhood has many tapas bars and other eateries, and the room at the back is quiet. The room was seriously small, with the bathroom only separated by a milk‑glass window and no street windows. Cleaning was scheduled between 9 and 2:30, but the housekeeping team only arrived after 3:30 while we were relaxing, so the room never got cleaned.
