The staff were really attentive
breakfast was okay (facturas, criollitos, toast with jam, cheese and butter, coffee, milk, chocolate, sugar)
After a few days together it felt like family.

Everything was very dirty and left in a bad state.

The receptionist was a mess, couldn't calculate the 10 % fee and kept apologizing for not knowing anything; the photos online didn't match what was actually there, there was a strong damp smell, and the door was a disaster. The other staff helped me, and thanks to them I found another place.
