The first room had cockroaches on the wall, which was scary. I switched rooms but still had cockroaches. The only plus was the parking lot.

Everything was fine except the floor rug, which was very dirty.

The surrounding area was quiet. The 7‑11 downstairs had an outdoor seating area where the conversation noise was too loud, affecting some of my sleep quality.

The location was convenient, right next to the interchange, and there was parking. The bathroom had two leaking taps, and the balcony seemed to have small animal droppings.
