The Superior Double Room provides a garden view and an outdoor dining area for meals al fresco. It sleeps two guests, includes one double bed with the option of a crib, and features a private bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, free toiletries, hairdryer, towels and toilet paper. Climate control is supplied by single‑room air‑conditioning and a fan, while a flat‑screen TV, free Wi‑Fi, coffee/tea maker, electric kettle, refrigerator, toaster, radio and dishwasher serve the in‑room dining area; the entire unit is wheelchair accessible, with a private entrance and sound‑proofing.

“Ottimo”
The property is kept very well in the countryside (beautiful area) yet close to both Grosseto and the Argentario. The rooms are new and spotless. Breakfast is excellent, the owners are very kind (and present, living on the ground floor). The only flaw I found: room 1 is next to the breakfast area… if you’re an early bird you’ll hear a bit of noise.
Located in the heart of authentic Maremma. The host is truly kind and friendly. The room is clean and welcoming.

A lovely place to stay, with covered parking. The B&B sits on the upper floor of a house overlooking vineyards; only three rooms are available, and ours didn’t have a balcony, but it was still very comfortable and recently renovated. The bed and pillows were very cozy, the room had a smart TV and a shower in the bathroom, and the air‑conditioning system was superb—both the unit and the fan are very quiet and efficient. For breakfast you fill out a form indicating your preferences and the next day you’ll find everything in a wicker basket assigned to your room; there are no savory options, but the sweet ones are varied. In the common breakfast area there’s also a coffee machine, a kettle, a selection of teas, toast, biscuits, cereals, honey and jam. You’ll have everything to enjoy a peaceful breakfast; the area is always impeccably clean and tidy, and the daily room cleaning is extremely thorough. Overall, you’re immersed in a very quiet agricultural setting surrounded by vines and olive trees. Ilario, the owner, is very kind and helpful. I recommend it! The only suggestion would be an alternative to closing the rooms with a key/lock that makes a lot of noise in the quiet of the night or morning.

Breakfast is excellent with fresh products and homemade biscuits from the owner’s mother that are truly special. You can also buy local products directly on site. Everything is well organized and managed.
