“Publicidad engañosa”
I liked the location; the hotel is somewhat central. The facilities were poorly maintained, the photos in the app didn’t match reality, and the room advertised a balcony and looked spacious, but the one I got was small and poorly presented. Overall, the advertising was disappointing.
There was no climate control.
“Cuando llegamos, la recepcionista ni sabía que teníamos una reservación, demasiado grosera y nada de empatía, nos dejó a”
The TV was positioned nicely in the bedroom. The room, however, wasn’t the one I had booked—the one shown in the photos.
