The room had a projection screen, but it was a non‑smoking room yet the bathroom still smelled strongly of smoke, making it impossible to avoid the scent; the space was tiny, so three 28‑inch suitcases and a carry‑on had to be stacked awkwardly, and the bed’s corner above the mattress had no bump‑stop, causing a family member to collide, bleed, and bruise heavily.
