The hotel was quiet and comfortable with good bedding. The premises were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Some work is needed: no Wi‑Fi, the shower door and showerhead holder were broken.

After a 5‑hour drive to the hotel, we were told we had no room, a mistake that occurred. The family celebrating in their hotel decided to take another room and they gave us ours. We were left on the street because there was no other accommodation… shameful. I was told they had canceled everything a week before, which is a total lie because they only confirmed a change in the reservation a day before arrival, and I have proof. The lack of respect and civility is unacceptable. The gentleman at the door answered very rudely, saying “NO ROOM” in a very harsh tone. The lady I heard shouting from a room did not even step out to apologize. This is truly shameful.
