We had booked a room for two nights but after just 10 minutes on site we decided not to stay. The beds and all surfaces were covered in what looked like rat or mouse droppings. The place seemed abandoned, with broken items and trash everywhere, and the pool was green and murky. We all sensed a weird vibe from the moment we arrived, and as a woman I didn’t feel safe. If it sounds too good to be true, it is.

The spot is truly tranquil, surrounded by nature and run by very friendly people. They even have a pool with fresh mountain water. We extended our stay twice and plan to return next week before leaving the island.

The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, and the place itself is pretty. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
