Amazing, friendly and very dedicated staff. They went beyond their call of duty when my room’s window was smashed by angry protesters passing by. I didn’t even report it, but my room was immediately cleaned; they offered me an alternative room and wanted to fix the broken window glass right away. Nothing.

Location was excellent. There was no chair, so I had to bathe with cold water 😕

The room was decent, but the noise from school kids running around inside was a lot, and the bed sheets and towels had stains. Also, there was no socket plug for charging a phone or laptop.

Didn’t like anything about this hotel; water was cold for the entire stay and it’s filthy dirty. They leave dirt everywhere and don’t change linen. Worse, we had to carry our luggage to the 3rd floor using the stairs 🚮👎🏼. Nothing—it was a nightmare.

The view was nice, yet the room wasn’t clean when we arrived.
