The pool, room, and staff were great, but at check‑out I left feedback about piles of rubbish on the balcony and the mess at the pension.

The property is lovely, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent; you can also park your car on the grounds. However, the room service was lacking and the property could use a bit more upkeep.

The staff were very pleasant, and you could book Delta excursions through the hotel, which were flawlessly organized. The only drawback was that it required a bit of reservation work.

The stay was short but exceptional! The resort was superb, the staff were very attentive to our needs, and the breakfast was good and varied. I have nothing to add—everything was great, a successful stay with everything you could want.
