Everything was good, except the check‑in time. During booking I chose the check‑in to be between 11‑12, then I was surprised that they said it would be subject to availability and you would receive the room by 2 PM. The check‑in time was chosen during the booking; if this option is not available, it is better to remove it or mention the exact check‑in starting from 2 PM.

Another great visit to Arjaan by Rotana Erbil; every time I come back the warm hospitality, top‑class service, and cozy vibe never change. The rooms stay spotless and well kept, and the staff are always professional, friendly, and truly attentive. I love how consistently high the service quality is. Arjaan by Rotana has become one of my favorite spots in Erbil, and I’m always glad to return. Thanks to everyone on the team for another wonderful stay. 🤍
