The location is excellent, just a 9‑minute walk from the metro. The guesthouse sits on the second floor and you enter with a code. The room is small but clean, with limited storage space. The kitchen is well equipped, and the shared bathroom is also tidy. The room could have been a bit larger with more storage.

The area is a bit noisy and the heat is intense.

Ana is an absolutely amazing host. She was perfect throughout our stay: available, warm, caring, and very kind. The accommodation and our room were spotless, with cleaning done almost daily. The quality and cleanliness of the common areas far exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is lively, young, and dynamic, with buses and the metro close by, making it an ideal spot to explore Lisbon. I highly recommend this place; you won’t be disappointed! Thanks again, Ana, for making this wonderful stay a success. Both kids and parents were thrilled! ❤️ I’ll definitely come back if we ever visit Lisbon again. 😊

Well located. A bit old and neglected. Very expensive for what it is.
