The room was tidy and the towels were fine, though only one was given. Hot water worked well and the bed was a bit wobbly, but otherwise everything was fine. There’s no elevator, so we had to climb to the 4th floor after a tiring tour, which was a bit of a hassle.

Close to airport, friendly on arrival, helped with bags. Bes not too bad. Like pulling teeth to get answer about pick up from airport. insisted on seeing my boarding pass do i skipped it. in a loud and less touristy area than central cusco. Only got 1 towel. Hot water only lasted 2-3 minutes. No phone in room to call reception. Paint coming off walls. Had to be buzzed in to enter hotel

Nothing good. I’m not one to complain, but this place is awful even for a single night. The service is bad and there’s no internet to check in. It’s the worst “hotel” I’ve stayed at on all my trips. I was supposed to stay just one night, yet I wouldn’t recommend it even for that. The room we booked was occupied, so they gave us a different one with three beds. When we got in, we saw the sheets had hair and fresh stains. Only one bed looked clean, even though they were single beds for two people. We stayed because we arrived late and had to leave early the next day for a flight. And the breakfast, which they say is included? Forget it if you need to leave early at 7 a.m. You’ll be left out. How can a place that calls itself a hotel not have internet for check‑in? The breakfast only starts after 7:30 a.m., even though it’s close to the airport.
