We booked two rooms but only received one; the staff managed to find us another room, which was a relief.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall it was good value for the money. The hotel advertised being near Kwan Payao, but it is actually on the opposite side of Kwan Payao from all the restaurants and the walking area along the lake. There is no way to reach Kwan Payao from this hotel unless you drive. There is a tiny view of the lake from the hotel, but it’s nowhere near where you can actually go and hang out. This is false advertising and we were very disappointed. There’s no place to eat around the hotel unless you have a car and drive somewhere. I do not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again.

Room 508 was comfortable, the new air conditioning kept it cool, and I got a view of Kwan Payao as requested, which the hotel arranged. The room was clean, the minibar was free, and the daytime reception staff were polite and very helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, and overall I liked it a lot and will definitely come back. The only downside was insects outside at night.
