“Expensive for the services offered , location is perfect .”

The location is perfect and quiet. However, you need to stay at least six days, they don’t change sheets, towels, or provide hand towels for two people, and there are no extra toilet rolls or shampoos. Cleaning is limited to trash pickup. If you pick a garden‑view room, it’s not worth the money because the view looks straight onto the street entrance, next to a constantly running road, and the windows are not sound‑proof.

“RIPENSATECI”

The location is off‑center with nothing nearby. The room is terribly made, with a huge useless kitchen that only has two forks and plates. There is no space to move around. Every day I stayed there, they never changed the sheets after a week, nor did they change the towels. They didn’t even replace the toilet paper. There is only one hair dryer for all rooms on four floors—ridiculous. The cleaning lady only emptied the bins, which was the best she did. The windows are so thin you can see outside. The staff are nonexistent; the only contact you have is a phone number on WhatsApp.

The room and location are great, and the bus stops are nearby. The staff were helpful. Everything was good.

Nothing to say. The place was not clean, and there was no water supplied.
