The staff were efficient and courteous, breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. The room had high humidity—normally that’s fine—but the towels didn’t dry, and it would have been nice if the curtains had a sheer so we could open them for daylight.

The location adjacent to the Bluegate Theater is the big plus for this hotel. Plus, the price is good considering the cost at the Bluegate Hotel. We missed breakfast, so can’t judge that. There was nothing that was a big turnoff. It’s a budget hotel. We got what we paid for
