Everything was cosy and clean, and the parking kept my car safe; nothing to dislike.

Susie was absolutely excellent, incredibly kind, and really helpful throughout my solo weekend stay for a wedding at Upwey Wishing Well; the facilities were good, there was plenty of parking, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful, giving a peaceful, hassle‑free base that was exactly what I needed, though the room itself is admittedly a bit of an odd shape with some low and sloping angles, so I accidentally bumped my head a couple of times during the weekend – try not to be as clumsy as me and you'll be fine!

The place was quiet with lovely views, and once you ducked past the initial awkwardness it was really nice.
