However, check‑in was not in person; the minibar fridge was empty (despite the Booking description) and had mold; the shower didn’t drain and the shower head was completely clogged with limescale; the breakfast at the bar was good but there were no alternatives for those who don’t want coffee and croissants. These aren’t “serious” issues, just small inconveniences that add up when the property presents itself as “deluxe” and was chosen over other options because of the many positive points highlighted on Booking.
