The hotel’s location and pool are good. There were cockroaches in the bathtub, the curtains didn’t work, and overall the facilities were very old.
The facilities were excellent.
They switched me from a double‑bedroom to a single‑bed room and even had to bring an extra single bed, which was inconvenient.
I booked just minutes before arrival. The reception door was locked and I had to enter through the restaurant because my reservation wasn’t in their system. I was made to wait at reception. After I resent the confirmation email, the guard helped me lift luggage. The only room available was on the third floor, but when I asked about the elevator they said there was none. I asked for a refund because I couldn’t bring two elderly adults up three floors, and they refunded me immediately to my card.
