I had a truly great experience with my family; my mother‑in‑law is old and we wanted a place to mostly relax without having to go out often, and Sia Palace delivered that. They offered an in‑house swimming pool, a terrace garden with a beautiful view, and a great restaurant. The cleanliness, the staff’s behaviour, and the food quality matched what you’d expect from a 5‑star hotel. I was very satisfied with our stay, though the checkout time is actually 10 am, not 12 noon as shown in the app.

Everything was good, but when I checked in the room wasn’t clean; there were soiled clothes from a previous guest in the cupboard and the bathroom looked used and unclean.
