The cabin was spacious, set in a beautiful surroundings, and the staff were very friendly; the décor was lovely and the pellet heating worked very well. The water heater, however, had to be lit with matches and was a hassle to get going.

The spot is amazing, an oasis close to everything in Frutillar. The view of the volcano from the property is wonderful, the cabin had everything, we were very comfortable and slept superbly, as the beds were exactly what you expect when you come to rest. We spent a beautiful day and were attended to wonderfully. I would definitely come back, thanks for the hospitality. Nothing was wrong, everything was fantastic.

I enjoyed the tranquility of this place, which allowed us to rest and enjoy the scenery, exactly what we were looking for. However, the pool area could use some improvement to enhance guests' experience. Overall, it was a good stay.

The location is excellent if you have a car, and the host, Don Mauricio, was very attentive and cordial. However, the reality of the place did not match the photos - the pool was filled with leaves, the sun loungers were dirty, and the kids' play area was broken and abandoned. The cabin was also too small for 6 people. Despite the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen, there were issues with humidity and spider webs.
