“Cancels reservation without intimation”
The hotel cancelled my booking without any notice and I only found out after arriving. The service was unreliable from both the hotel and the staff.

The location was fine, but the curtains in the room were see‑through and didn’t block the sunlight, and the TV was broken.

The bed and bathroom cleaning quality were poor, and they started demanding payment in advance even though they said it would be paid at check‑in.
