Getting there was easy, but the room had a mildew odor.
The freezer in the fridge wasn’t clean; something had broken and stuck to the bottom, and a few shady people were hanging outside in the middle of the night.
“We loved it! Got an early check in and a wonderful night!”
We loved how close the hotel was to the venue, and the staff were amazing and very friendly. Our air conditioner stopped working, but they moved us to another room right away. Everything else was great—we couldn’t find anything to complain about. The staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable and happy, and we’ll definitely return.
“94 degrees and no pool”
It’s right on the beach, yet it was 94 degrees outside and the pool was locked for excuses after excuses—one guest said the staff just didn’t want to clean it. The pool stayed closed all afternoon on Wednesday, opened yesterday, and closed again today, while the other Biloxi pools remained open.
“Wonderful”
The staff was nice.
