Location is good. There were incidents of people scratching the door at night, urinating in the corridor, and leaking into the room.

It met expectations. Nothing to add.

I really liked the reception from Mr. Nilton, who was extremely attentive and helpful, and he gave us excellent guidance about the area, transport, and other useful info for the stay. The location is superb, the room was very clean, and the environment is extremely quiet. I felt very comfortable and well accommodated throughout the entire stay. Nothing else to comment.

The bed size, layout distribution, balcony, and cleanliness are great. Noise from neighbors is an issue. The white light is too harsh; a yellow light would be cozier. The stove didn’t work properly and needs replacement. The TV keeps losing internet signal constantly.
