The recently renovated countryside farmhouse was beautiful. The room was very spacious, spotless, comfortable, and furnished in Nordic style with eco‑sustainable materials. We really appreciated the tranquility, Tom and Annemarie’s hospitality, and their rich, genuine breakfasts with organic products—a real treat!

We really enjoyed our stay! This beautiful agriturismo is in a very peaceful spot where you truly relax. Every morning we were treated to a fantastic breakfast full of homemade treats and local products. The beds slept wonderfully and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Tom and Annemarie made the stay truly special; their warm hospitality and sincere helpfulness made you feel welcome from the first moment. Thanks to them, our stay was truly amazing.

We had an awesome stay! The place is brand‑new and built to a high standard, with rooms that are both comfortable and contemporary. Downstairs there’s a bar that serves coffee, beer—including IPA—and the host even bakes fresh sourdough bread for breakfast :) The location is spot‑on for exploring the hinterland or heading to the beach. We also enjoyed evenings in nearby Montelupone, where the restaurant Dama is a must‑try—one of the best dinners we had on our 10‑day trip. For runners, a river is just 5 minutes away, offering a running and cycling path to burn off those pasta calories.
