The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed a nice view of the Seine with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. It’s a 6‑minute walk to the train station, and from there a train plus a metro transfer gets you into central Paris in 45 minutes. The only thing that could have been better was a bit of hand soap at the sink.

The location feels fresh and lovingly built. There are two rooms with a terrace and seating that overlook the Seine and Paris, plus two family rooms with bunk beds. A shared area lets you use the kitchen and a fresh‑bean coffee machine. Breakfast is freshly prepared daily, and they brew your coffee or tea for you. Free parking is right outside the gate, and we even parked inside the perimeter. The spot is close to the C‑line train station and connects well to various metro lines; in 20 minutes you’re in the heart of Paris. We were able to check in early and received a handy Citymapper app for our phone. The owner and student hosts were super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the neighbor’s barking dog, which was extremely annoying; the host could do something about that, but otherwise no complaints.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The communal kitchen area was cozy, and the view from both the ground and first floor was phenomenal. There was a nice large terrace, but the weather didn’t allow us to use it properly. We had a good breakfast each day, and the house is about a 5‑minute walk from the train station to Paris. The washbasin in our room was very small, but otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast was very good, served by Elena who is very kind and attentive, and the view from the terrace over all of Paris is stunning.
