“Le service de nettoyage des chambres est nul ainsi que le petit déjeuner.”
The hotel’s location faces Taksim Square, but the room cleaning service and the breakfast were disappointing.

Located on Taksim Square, Taxim Hill Hotel features modern rooms with free WiFi, tastefully decorated with elegant furniture, soundproofed, and equipped with air conditioning, minibar, and LCD TV. The 9th-floor Hill Terrace Restaurant serves Turkish and international cuisine with Bosphorus views, while Taksimoda Café offers light snacks and international dishes. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Lutfi Kirdar Convention Centre and 50 meters from Istiklal Avenue.

The location is good, but the staff could be a bit friendlier and more helpful.

Breakfast was great, the staff were really helpful, and the dining area was clean with a Bosphorus view on one side and a view of Taksim Meydan on the other; overall it was fantastic. Nothing needs to change—everything was good.

There was one front‑desk employee, I don’t remember his name, Abu, who was good and always wanted to help, but unfortunately not many others did. The room‑cleaning service was disgusting. When you ask for something basic like shampoo or toilet paper, the front desk replies, “Now there is no one, we’ll send it to you later…”—as if you’re asking for something extraordinary. Once they forgot to put toilet paper, once I received dirty towels, and once there was no shampoo at all. If you dare to ask for something, they make you feel like you’re asking them to do the impossible. The hotel is disgusting on all levels. The only good thing is the location and that one polite front‑desk employee. Beyond that, the hospitality experience was very disappointing.
