The room was comfortable, clean, and the breakfast was excellent, but the carpet in the room was in poor condition.

The staff’s warmth and professionalism are outstanding. They placed us in a room on the fourth floor that was beautiful and comfortable, but the heating was set way too high, making sleep impossible. That was the only downside; everything else was excellent.
