The Superior Double Room accommodates up to three guests, with an extra bed and a crib available on request. The private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, safe and a minibar, while the room itself offers a safety deposit box and free Wi‑Fi. Air conditioning provides climate control throughout the space.

“decepcionante a pousada.”
The location was good, but the breakfast area was awful—fruits were expired and options were scarce. The bed linens and towels were terrible, and the bathroom lacked a towel hook. The pools looked dirty and were poorly maintained. The air conditioning couldn’t be lowered. They had to fumigate the lodge while guests were still inside, and they never cleaned the glasses in the rooms. Nighttime reception was very bad.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, but the room was poorly maintained with a lot of repair patches, the coffee area was tiny, the breakfast table was ugly (the powdered milk container was old and spoiled, and the plates covering the food were dirty). The room smelled bad, the towels were old and stiff, the air‑conditioning was noisy, the upper pool had no conditions for staying, and the walkways were horrible. Only the shower and bed were good. The location was a plus.

The hotel’s spot is excellent, rooms are comfy and spotless, and the breakfast matches the room rates. Guests are just steps from the sea and surrounded by restaurants, snack spots with great prices, pharmacies, American stores, cafés, ice‑cream shops, and souvenir shops. I stayed with two kids and had no trouble getting around or finding food. It’s perfect for families, so I highly recommend it! I liked everything; if I could suggest anything, it would be to refresh the pool area, but my three‑night stay was flawless.

I also had a reservation issue: I needed to change the date to check‑in the day before and never got a response to my messages, so I had to make two reservations.
