The location, the library, and the steakhouse were positives. No one was available to help with the luggage.

The place is in a great spot, the room is nice and cozy, the bathroom is perfect, everything is spotless, parking is available and secure, the building is very pretty and has a lovely terrace.

The staff were very welcoming, and the location in the old city is superb, but the mattress is totally uncomfortable and the pillows are also not comfortable.
Close to the airport, a restaurant that satisfies both big and small appetites, and the staff are very helpful.
