Everything was flawless :) even a surprise snack in the evening, and the staff were perfect.

Yufeng Xiaowan in particular gave us outstanding service; the team went above and beyond to help and answer every question.

The hotel was super comfortable, clean, and the neighborhood is really chill with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and malls nearby, plus two subway lines within walking distance. Everything was amazing.
