The place was super convenient, and having a parking spot right behind the building was handy, even if you have to pay a little extra. The room had all the basics like a kettle and a hairdryer, and the staff were friendly and helpful. On windy days, the higher floors can be a bit noisy, and the room felt a touch dated, but that didn’t bother me; it was clean and comfortable.

The staff were friendly, the place was convenient, and it looked nice. The only downside was that the good views could be better if the windows on the outside were cleaner, though I understand that’s tough in a tall building.

The location was fantastic, especially since I was traveling with my 5‑year‑old grandson; it’s close to Te Papa, the waterfront, New World across the road, and a bus stop nearby. Everything met or exceeded my expectations—no dislikes.
