The hotel is in a good location and the room was large and comfortable, but over six nights it was never cleaned, the bathroom trash never taken out, and I only received fresh towels once because I asked. The room had an unpleasant odor.

“Good value for money”

The bathroom and room were nice, and the staff were friendly. However, the bathroom door wouldn’t shut, the balcony door was hard to open, and the balcony itself was tiny. I was also surprised to see a 500 bhat cleaning fee on my bill, which I only learned about when I checked in.

The reception staff were clean and very friendly. The only downside was that no daily room cleaning was provided.

“Très bon rapport qualité/prix”

I came to dive and the hotel is really next to the port; the staff are welcoming and very kind. The room I stayed in was comfortable, spacious, and had everything I needed. I would recommend choosing a courtyard‑side room for more quiet. For me, the stay was perfect and I would return to the same place the next time I go to Phuket. The staff were very friendly, laundry could be done, the room was comfortable, roomy, the bathroom was good, and it was close to the port.
