“Lovely Hotel , horrible Japanese restaurant”

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very helpful. However, the attached Japanese Restaurant is something I’d recommend Caucasians avoid entirely; they’re treated like stray dogs, while locals are ushered into special rooms and an elite elevator and we were treated like criminals.

We only stayed one night but honestly wished we'd booked a few more. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, welcoming and incredibly accommodating. They even upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. The gentleman at the pool and spa was also fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself is spotless, the breakfast has a huge choice and everything we tried was delicious. It's the kind of place that makes you feel genuinely welcome. We'll definitely stay here again. We liked everything at this hotel
