The location is good, the rooms are small but nice. The hotel no longer responds to emails after you leave. A final bill is only seen in the evening by email, long after you have checked out, and when you complain about a wrong bill, you get no response or feedback. Everything is very opaque.

The spot was spot on, and the room was huge and stylish. The only downside was the noise from the clubs at night, and I couldn’t hit the rooftop bar all weekend because of private events, even though I was really hoping to try it.

Overall a solid hotel with polite staff, tasty breakfast, and clean, roomy King rooms. The downside was the nearby rooftop bars that kept blasting a DJ until 10 pm, so if you’ve got kids, request a room as far from the noise as possible.

The location was fantastic, and our suite was spacious with the best river view; we also appreciated having free bottled water in the room. The only thing we missed was a safe in the room.

The housekeeping/cleanliness was exceptional. The restaurant le Crocodile was also very good. The outside noise at night was quite loud. Did not like the glass window from the shower to the main room/bedroom, not private enough
