A very nice place with tasteful décor and very friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit thin, with limited choices and variety. A wedding rehearsal ran all morning, and I only moderately liked the bride’s dress hanging in the hall stairwell that blocked the way during photos; in such cases it’s better to privatise the venue.

The first thing you notice is the hotel’s scent as soon as you open the door, giving a feeling of comfort, but the warmth from Rosa and Vera (especially at the excellent breakfasts) is a real bonus. The building’s design and the high quality of the materials used are impressive, and despite almost three years, it still shows no signs of aging. The room is comfortable, while the bathroom is HUGE and features a great shower. We were the only guests for a few days during our stay. The living rooms and armchairs on the first floor are cozy and provide a good reading space. The garden area, outdoor space and pool are well maintained. The downside was the noise from the snack machine during the night and early morning, which was really annoying – and even though the pool looked clean, we couldn’t use it because of the rain (São Pedro didn’t help).

The facilities, cleanliness, surroundings, and breakfast are all great. The only issue was the pillows.

A very quiet location with an excellent view. The room and bed are huge, clean, and come with more than the essentials (a welcome basket / a very appreciated treat). The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very attentive.
