The exterior and interior dining areas were both appealing, and the service matched the high food quality and preparation. The hillside setting of the DAR is absolutely magnificent, making every climb worthwhile to soak in the unique atmosphere. Attention to quality and aesthetics is evident throughout. A special shout‑out to Mouad, who arranged an unexpectedly lovely pool‑side dinner table for us on our final night—far beyond what we expected. Magnifique! On the downside, the HVAC in the Tokyo suite was sluggish and hard to adjust, so we had to leave the windows open for ventilation. The 4:30 AM call to prayer was a surprise, but that’s typical in Morocco.

The place is beautiful, well‑decorated, and the bed was comfortable. From the restaurant you get a nice city view, and the staff are friendly and professional. No complaints.

The views, pool, and staff are all incredible. The room was clean and lovely, with a great shower. No negatives; there are many stairs, but the helpful staff made carrying luggage easy.
