The only thing that was good was the view of the letters on the boardwalk. The hotel was in a very poor state, no hot water, dirty curtains, a broken toilet tank cover, and overall a mess—so we had to leave and find another hotel.

I had a great stay at Kavia Mazatlán. The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. The location in Zona Dorada is very convenient, close to restaurants and the beach. Good value for money. I would definitely come back.
