The food was varied and tasty, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The décor is slightly outdated, but that adds a bit of charm.

I had a great stay here, super close to the main Ichinose ski area - literally just a short flat walk to get started. The staff were really kind and helped me out with shipping my bag to my next hotel, which was a breeze.

This place was really accommodating, with a nice lounge area and spacious rooms. The dinners were great too. One thing that got a bit tricky was the Japanese breakfasts - took some getting used to.

The staff here were fantastic, made us feel really welcome. The place is a bit worn out in some spots, but that didn't bother me. They went out of their way to sort out gluten-free meals for us, and when I had a bit of a tumble on the slopes, they got me to the clinic quickly. The public bath was awesome, and the location was perfect - just a short walk or ski to the slopes.
