Everything was very clean, the staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, everything was fine. I especially liked that the TV already had Netflix ready to use. There was no covered parking, just an outside parking lot, and the room wasn’t well insulated—footsteps could be heard in the hallway.

The location was super quiet, the bed was quite comfortable, and the service from Victoria and Eduardo was 20 points. Everything else was great, except we had a small issue with the water pressure—it just wasn’t enough.

The room was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, and we didn’t encounter any problems with the service or attention during our stay. The only improvement would be that the shower in the morning didn’t have hot water, and it would be nice to have chopped fruit added to the breakfast as a variation. Aside from that, it was excellent—thanks to Mr. Eduardo for always being attentive throughout our stay.

The hotel lives up to its name, Yuraq means white, and it was spotless! Eduardo’s service was excellent, always attentive and ready to give you all the info you need for your visit. The location is spot-on for getting around Chincha. Breakfast was good, with fruit juices, drip coffee, tamales, and chichana sausage.
