The only positive was the location. The bathroom had mold everywhere, the TV was broken and fixing it took four days with no English channels. The hallway was blocked by room‑service and cleaning items, even covering the fire exit, and it looked half‑built. Overall, it was a bad stay; the hotel ignored my complaints and offered no refund. No one answered the phone or emails.

The hotel’s cleaning staff was extremely diligent and kind; they cleaned our room flawlessly and helped us with every request sincerely and generously. We’ve never experienced such service and hospitality in any other hotel or country we’ve visited. We feel very comfortable and valued here. Thanks to him and the management.
